Payment for goods can be made by one of the following payment methods:
• Credit card payments from VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard and Diners Club International.
• Credit card and/or account payments through PayPal.
We use our partner ePay to provide highest level of security for payments processed by credit card through this site. LOVE MILK never saves any information regarding your credit card. All information is sent through encrypted servers (SSL / HTTPS)
We reserve the right to end sales in the event that we run out of stock. We also reserve the right to change prices where additional costs occur. Sometimes it occurs that the goods you have ordered are out of stock and will need to be back ordered. This could result in your delivery being delayed. An email will be sent to you within 1-3 days informing you of the delay if this occurs. Contact us if you would like to cancel this part of your order or have any questions regarding new delivery times.
There are very stringent requirements for companies that have been approved to work with e-commerce. And this is good because it ensures that you are secure when shopping on our website. Our payment solution provider ePay is certified according to the PCI standard, which requires compliance with no less than 200 security points. Read more about this below.
We guarantee ongoing development of our payment solutions and we naturally use the latest web technology. All our systems are surveyed 24 hours a day and we have an external backup system that ensures we do not lose important information. All communication concerning money and card details is encrypted.
We also check that no one external can break into the communication between us and our customer and we are also surveyed during payment. Surveillance is carried out by FortConsult, which is approved to certify companies that sell payment solutions.
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard - normally called the PCI standard - was set up in 2005 by VISA and MasterCard. The aim was to increase the level of security for online card payments and to ensure the standard was used worldwide.
The PCI standard defines a long list of requirements for how we handle, store and transmit our customers' card details.
If goods are damaged or lost during transport between the customer and LOVE MILK you must notify us within 14 days. If goods are damaged or missing when making an exchange or return, the customer is responsible for payment.
If your order is returned to us as undelivered, due to not being picked up from your service point or post office by you, we will charge you a fee of €30 to cover the return cost and admin work. You are still liable to pay for the initial delivery cost, if applicable. If you no longer wish to receive your order after it was returned to us, we will refund you the cost for the clothes minus €30. If your order value was less than €30 you will not receive any refund at all for undelivered packages that were not picked up.
However, if your order is returned to us as undelivered, due to our mistake (f ex printing the wrong address, not printing your full address or paying insufficient postage) we will make a new attempt of delivery as soon as possible at no extra cost. Please let us know if your goods have not arrived within 14 days of your order confirmation email, and we will look into what might have happened to it.
